According to “Company Law”, shareholders should nominate one financial manager when applying for new company. The company’s financial manager is likely to be identified as a “senior manager” . 

Mostly Financial Manager CAN NOT be same person as the Legal Representative, but if in Putuo District, Chongming District and in Shanghai Free Trade Zone , Financial Manager CAN be same person as the Legal Representative.
