According to “Company Law”, shareholders should nominate one supervisor when applying for new company. Supervisor can be one of the individual investors, but Supervisor CAN NOT be the same person as the Legal Representative.

Supervisor exercises the following powers:

1.  Check the company’s financial statements;

2.  Supervising the performance of directors and senior executives in the performance of company duties, and recommending removal of directors and senior executives who violate laws;
