China has implemented law of registration of registered capital, and the registered capital can be stated in the charter to be paid within 30 years.

Registered capital is the basis for investors to take risks and share profits with the enterprise.

Total Investment Capital

The total investment actually includes the registered capital paid or subscribed by investors and loans from shareholders.

The total investment of an enterprise refers to the sum of capital construction funds and production liquidity funds that need to be invested in accordance with the production scale stipulated in the enterprise contract and articles of association. In addition to the registered capital, the total investment includes borrowed funds.
